The Nacho Diaries

I've played in snow!   10/03/18 Well I've been taking my medicine like a good little Chi, not that I had much choice as daddy kept sneaking it into my food!! However before I went back to the vet I had quite an exciting time!  There was suddenly from nowhere all this white stuff coming out of the sky.  Mummy said it was called snow! Here I am taking my first look at it!  It's the same colour as me!! Oh and it's very cold!! I really liked it, but wasn't sure why it hadn't been there earlier!  It's sure weird. The next day it was still there and there was a lot more of it!  I really wanted it to stay,  Here I am looking at at all this wonderful snow, wondering what on earth to do next!! This was a great game, it was called "Spot the Nacho", mummy kept losing me while she was taking the photos!   Also mummy got sent home from work cos of the snow, so i had mummy and daddy with me!  I want more ...

Poorly Nacho 25/02/18 Well it's been a good month generally, I'll come to the poorly bit later. I'm really starting to enjoy my garden now, there's all sorts of interesting things out there for me to try & sneak into the house. It's strange though, every time I bring a stick in to chew or a pile of leaves, they get taken off me!  I think mummy & daddy are really cruel when they do that. I can still do really cute though when I want to!!!  Think I might need to soon as I'm sure I heard mummy say she's booked me into puppy training training classes - I have to say I'm getting quite worried! I had a visit from my cousin Harriett last week, I wasn't sure what she was at first, so I'm afraid I barked at her & made her cry!!  But we sort of came to a truce & were Ok with each other after a while!!  She was quite sweet & she is a month older than me, so I'll have to be nice to her!! Happy Nacho 31/01/18 Hello again!  Well I'm being a good boy!  (Well most of the time, honest)  I haven't had to go back to the nasty vet either yippee!! Mind you I'm sure I heard mummy say something about next week!!  I hope I'm wrong! Mummy & daddy didn't forget about the bath! I mean how cruel is that?  Just look at me!!! I did try to escape, but daddy caught me - sometimes being little is a pain!!! The getting dried wasn't too bad, & I really like to have a brush!  But then I also got to play with my new toy that Auntie Tracy and Uncle Keith bought me!!!  I'm such a lucky pup! I did get to go on my first walk too!  Yep little ol' me actually went on a walk!  I wasn't keen at first, but now I quite like it.  I don't go far yet,  mummy say's I'm supposed to wee & poo while I'm out.  Not sure what she means by that, so I wait until I get home!!  I'm getting really good at puppy pad...

14/01/18  - Settling in Well its been a while since my last blog post, but I've been settling in & getting used to my new home and my mummy and daddy.  I had a trip to Birmingham to see my Auntie Val and I tried to be good, I missed my puppy pads a couple of times, but I had fun and I was very good in the car, I quite like travelling in the car, it give me time to have a sleep! I'm getting better at using my puppy pads, but sometimes I forget what I'm doing & miss or go somewhere where's there's no pad.  Mind you if a do it on the pad I get a treat, I have to sit for it, which was a pain at first, but now I know what to do it's easy!! I'm not too keen on outside, cos sometimes there's a dog that barks & I get a bit scared & run inside, but apart from that the garden is quite nice. I have been taken to the vets not once but TWICE!!! I mean what's that all about?  It wasn't just to say "meet Nacho he's gorgeous...
